How have we used our 100 words this week?

Alfies 100 word challenge challenge week 20

My target this week is to include good punctuation

Wandering slowly in the African safari gazing at majestic
grey hyenas sprinting miserably in the sun. Slowly climbing up the mountain, I can see bald eagles flying gracefully. At the top there is a welcome party with ham and pickle sandwiches in a velvet container.I got up there just in time to see the wonderful sunset;beautiful, crimson and amazing. Luckily i brought my samsung camera and i took pictures of rhinos drinking out of the water hole. I couldn’t wait to show my family at home.

  1.   Mr. Tim Team (100WC) Says:

Good job, Alfie! You’ve done a good job of using punctuation – so target achieved! Great use of the target words – I loved ‘sprinting miserably in the sun’. Very nicely done!

  2.   Mrs C (Team 100) Says:

Alfie, you have include full stops, commas and the majority of capital letters; you only missed 2, which were the i instead of I, so you have achieved your target. A complex sentence has also been included, as well as, some great description. Well done, Mrs C (Team 100)

  3.   Laura Alonso Says:

This is brilliant! You capture the scene so well I feel I am really there with that sunset and those rhinos in your story. With your vocabulary you captivate your reader and I always finish your stories wanting more. Excellent work, well done!
